Return policy

What can I return?

You can return the product and receive full reimbursement, if unused and in its original packaging within 14 days following the date of delivery (if this date falls on a Saturday, Sunday or holiday, this delay is prolonged till the following business day).
All returns must be reported to RoofBi’s Customer Service. Please contact us per e-mail: contact@roofbi.com.

The product must be returned by Colissimo (or any other postal service) at your expense to:
ROOFBIKE, Parc Lumière, 46 Avenue des Frères Lumière, 78190 TRAPPES.

The RoofBi products must be in perfect condition without any damages or dirt: only products including all their components and in their original packaging will be taken back. They have to be in perfect condition for resale. (cf. CGV art.16)

When will I receive my reimbursement?

The buyer can either ask for being reimbursed the money transfer or for exchanging the product. The reimbursement will be taken care off, once we receive the product and the latest 15 days after receiving the returned product.
The buyer will either be reimbursed directly on his bank account (secure money transfer), if the purchase was made with a credit card or by money transfer; or by check for all other cases.
